Field Sales Assistant Manager


Responsibilities:

• Ensures 100% monthly target achievement for both wholesale (WS) and retail sales (RS) of assigned dealers
• Monitors target attainment of the assigned dealer with regard to the per model and quarter programs where the assigned dealers are qualified
• Provide assistance in inventory management and stock level analysis to ensure 1.2 stock months of each dealer
• Conduct market analysis of the assigned trade area. This includes monitoring of competition i.e. competitor’s pricing, promotional activities, inventory, and business environment, and trends that can generate potential sales for the dealer

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Business Administration, Marketing, BS Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or any related course
• Must have considerable experience in Field Management
• Must be computer literate (above average MS Excel skills)
